The item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

We aim for exclusivity so our quantities are limited for each style & some pieces won't return. If you weren't able to get a particular item then please sign up to our VIP list located at the bottom of our website so we can notify you of any restocks.

I'm not sure what size to get, how do your sizes run?

All items will fit true to size unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the description of each item where there will be helpful information letting you know if the item has stretch, what size the model is wearing & whether we advise you to size up or down.

How do I return an item?

We have a 14 day refund policy so please contact customer care with your full name & order number before sending your item back, this will ensure we can process your refund as efficiently as possible. If there is a custom charge for your package to enter the UK this will need to be covered by the customer. Please also note that any returns must be unworn & undamaged ensuring all tags & labels are still attached. If a return has any signs of wear we will be unable to process a refund and will send your item back to you, Please handle your items with care.

Can I exchange an item?

We are not able to accept exchanges at this time so we encourage you to place an order for the item you would like to exchange for & send back your current item for a full refund. 

Do you ship internationally & will I have to pay taxes & duties on my order?

Yes we do ship outside of the UK. On the chance that there are any custom clearance fees or taxes & duties in your country you will be responsible for any of the fees that may incur as Friday Night Closet will not be liable. If returning a package for a refund please note that if there is a custom charge for your package to enter the UK this will need to be covered by the customer. Any custom charges are out of our control & the responsibility of the customer.
