On the occasion where you may need to return something please note we have a 14 day refund policy. Please note items that have been worn are not eligible for a refund.
- Please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name & order number stating ‘return’ as the subject line.
- We aim to respond within 1-3 working days.
- We will confirm we’ve received your refund request.
- You will then be able to post your item back to us. Please include your full name & order number in the package. We highly recommend sending your item back using a tracked & insured service as we are not liable for any missing returns.
- Once we have received your package we will notify you & process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Please ensure you follow the returns process so that we are able to refund you as quickly & efficiently as possible. Please note that if you are sending an item back from outside of the UK custom charges may apply for your package to clear customs. This is out of our control & the customer will be responsible for covering that charge.
Any returns must be unworn & undamaged ensuring all tags & labels are still attached. If a return has any signs of wear we will be unable to process a refund and will send your item back to you at the customers own delivery cost so please do handle your items with care.
